Fall 2010 Semester Books

PLEASE NOTE: YOU CANNOT PURCHASE YOUR TEXTBOOKS IN THE BOOKSTORE WITHOUT YOUR SCHEDULE IN HAND.

Your Financial Aid Orders
If you are an Internet Academy student ordering books online using Financial Aid, please choose the A/R button and put your student "H" number in the field under "A/R Charge" in the payment window. If you are expecting Financial Aid for your book purchases, you must make sure that your account is active. You may do this by logging into to www.herkimer.edu, and selecting the link for Student Online Services. Please follow the instructions for logging in. If your account summary shows a credit balance sufficient to charge your book order, you are all set. If you expected Financial Aid that is not showing up on your account, then please contact the Financial Aid Office.
Please don't assume that since you qualified for financial aid that it will automatically be set up for you.

Fall Semester 2010 books will be available for purchase beginning July 26th. If you are paying out of pocket for books, you may bring your class schedule with you to the bookstore to buy your textbooks. If you are using Financial Aid and coming into the bookstore to buy your books, you can purchase your books one week prior to the beginning of class, August 19th. Financial Aid for on-line orders will be available August 12, 2010,  two weeks prior to the beginning of classes. You MUST have your schedule with you to purchase textbooks at the bookstore. We will not know what book you need unless you provide your schedule.

Bookstore Summer Hours

Beginning May 14th, the college Bookstore will be open Monday - Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm. We will be open Monday - Thursday starting the week of June 21st.
